Not-for-profit and diversifying.
Originally, our customer base included the health, housing and social care sectors. However, more recently our reach has expanded to include the private sector and other not-for-profit organisations. We’re happy to talk to any enterprise and will consider collaborations where we we can add value and bring our own unique partnership approach.

Following a comprehensive scoping exercise, new clients are handed over to our implementation team who ensure you have everything you need for a smooth onboarding. Standard onboarding comes with four hours of training and a comprehensive user manual. Once onboarded, we have a number of support packages to keep you running smoothly.
Company vision and timeline
Like most companies, we started with a vision – to help individuals and businesses work smarter. We started our journey above a pub in North London in 1999. And since then, year after year, we've evolved. Today, we offer our software and services to hundreds of small, medium and large national organisations.
