However, we're confident, once you're up and running you'll need very little support to manage the platform. If you do, we have online and telephone support available, with a one hour resolution target for most queries raised during office hours.

Regular account management meetings are scheduled for resolving queries, reviewing objectives and reflecting on activity reporting.
